Do adding the car to dealership adds with tunning parts bumpers , rims ,

So they sell like 2 types of version of the same car , one with upgrades , and one with out
(i ask this because i got add-on cars with diffrent tunning parts that completly change car

Really love it , but for some reason in some places the dealership didint spawn , they 1st spawned and then they stoped , but i reloaded the game and all good , any idea why ?

Also , when u add a car to the dealership does it add with mods ? or always standard
