i figured it out you have to make a new folder in the dlcpack and name it "silverado" than open the empty silerado folder you just made and drag and drop the dlc.rpf file from INSIDE THE CHEVY FOLDER TO THE NEW FOLDER SILVERADO than back out load game and the spawn name is silverado ......... you are welcome
gave it 2 stars because it was hard AF to figure out would recommend better instructions and a read me file on how to get this mod running

so i have owned a pc for about 5 days after working all summer to be able to afford it. but i am wondering would this mod be installed the same way any other car mod would be >?
