For those who don't know how to install this, it's just one step to apply Pakistani flags...I figured it out myself
Just go the "onebeast" folder in the dlcpacks folder using Open IV where you pasted the addon mod file and
go to the location
dlcpacks>onebeast>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>vehicles>suburbanvehicles.rpf> and replace the "onebeast.ytd" file with the "stretch.ytd" file provided in the folder, and it should be done!
(obv you'll have to rename the stretch.ytd file to replace it).
