isnt the top speed more like 195-200 mph?

this thing sounds and looks so good i can't even put it into words

still gonna rate it 5 though because it took me 3 seconds to fix myself

awesome car but it scrapes constantly

having issues getting it to top out any faster than like 140mph and idk why
