I am going to be getting back into making mods for GTA again. From now on quality will be my main focus and will likely cause my releases to be spread out more than previously. Sorry everyone. Haven't been reading comments. I will have to look into it. I don't play SP so I just made an addon without testing it and that is my bad.
@EFcivicguy I converted it from another GTA game. Currently isn't released anywhere for GTA5
