Here's a guide for those who wish to replace buffalo2 with this mod:
1. Go to mods\x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\ and replace (right click)
buffalo2.yft>sultanrs.yft
buffalo2_hi.yft>sultanrs_hi.yft
buffalo2.ytd>sultanrs.ytd
2. Edit mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5\vehicles.meta go to buffalo2 and replace <gameName> with CHARGER and <vehicleMakeName> with DODGE
3. Replace everything bellow <vehicleMakeName>DODGE</vehicleMakeName> with the content for vehicles.meta in ReadMe [ENG].txt
4. Navigate to <txdRelationships>, find buffalo2 and replace the current <item> with this
