is there a way for the bodyguard to not shoot at friendly ai's during missions

hi is there a way to make your bodyguard stop shooting at friendly ai's during missions

it used to work for me but now it doesn't sadly hope it gets updated it really came in handy too

this mod is really fun but how can i upgrade more of my gangs and zones cause the max is 10
