Place the files of the garage in you GTA root folder or if you want them to autoload, make a folder called scripts and in the scripts folder make a folder called AutoloadMaps, so you will have something like this \Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\Scripts\AutoloadMaps\michaelgarage.xml
If you choose to place them in the gta root folder, than you have to load the map manually by opening map editor (in game) then choose load map en typ michaelgarage and hit enter.

@TailsNeverFails I'm sorry for that I never tested the Simple trainer and meyoo version. I exported them with Map Editor on request to these to formats, but I did not know they do not work. So than you need Map Editor to open them

@andreimico You need the persistance mod from ImNotMental to store cars on it

I don't know, if it is possible with other maps created in map editor, than yes

I really like your mod, only I have a huge frame rate drop, but the mod is working. Is there somthing I do wrong? Or a way to fix this?

@Rohith, yes thanks, and I also needed to delete the block of GTA5 in windows Firewall. Like someone mentioned a couple of days ago

How do I properly delete Mod Manager? If I run GTA, it always launches in Offline mode.
