@Suprememes Blame my laziness. :D
@GeantPoire7906 This "Alliance Pacific" you mentioned is fanon, not canon. I rather to make stuff based on canon branding.
Actually there are a few barely-used canon railroad companies in game but I'm no longer interested in doing train stuff...
@krystof567 It's a lore-friendly TV station/news-themed vehicle pack which includes the vehicles from the pictures you can see above.
@Xire The instalation process of the car generators are the same as any addon vehicle mods. You simply drag the folder to ".../mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/" and add the "<Item>dlcpacks:/'name of the folder you just dragged to dlcpacks'/</Item>" line to dlclist.xml file located on "mods/update.rpf/common/data".
@EvgeniiTheThug Just follow the steps from readme.txt and you'll be good to go. :)
@Tiz666 You have two options: you can edit the popgroups.ymt or you can use external scripts like I'm Not MentaL's Added Traffic or Eddlm's Lively World.
@Hslo You still can manually extract the textures you want and replace the Brown Streak ones with OpenIV if you want.
@Haight The Weazel News lower third graphic overlay on the main picture was simply photoshopped to showcase the pack and to add some flavor, you know. It isn't a part of this news themed vehicle pack, if that's what you meant.
@MathieuVB24 As explained on the description, sadly due to game limitations this isn't possible. There isn't a proper native scissor lift animation available that could be adapted to this truck.
@Mellvin_Harris It isn't stolen, both of them use Thundersmacker's IV conversion of OnePiece's GTA 3 HQ Patriot as a base.
@The_Mookster Yeah, I'm aware of it. It was made that way just to look more generic and not so close to the RL counterpart.
