DESCRIPTION:
Join the Families and call Quick Jay for some street gang style Jobs. The jobs will vary depending on the in-game clock time (if you call between 02:00 and 08:00 you get to steal a car, between 08:00 and 14:00 you ride a bike and do stuff with your homies and so on).
The day is divided in 4 segments:
08:00 - 14:00 Jobs: Biking Around - Homies In Need
14:00 - 20:00 Jobs: Shopping For The Fam - Crumbs To Pigeons
20:00 - 02:00 Jobs: Brawl Between Boys - Surprise Motherfuckers!
02:00 - 08:00 Job: For A Few Wheels More - One's Better Than None
After a Job is done there is a real time cool down of 15 mins (configurable in the Patron version) so that with the normal flow of game time it should be 1 job type per day.
If you call Quick Jay in those times of the day and you have more job opportunities available (for example between 14:00 - 20:00 there is the "shopping" one and now the "drug dealing" one) the job will be picked randomly. If you just completed/failed one, then the one without cooldown will be picked instead.
Some mission require you to recruit Families Gang Memebers (if you don't know where to find them just go close to them at the Hideout and they will join you. The spawns at the Hideout will reset after the player has gone far enough from the Hideout).
In The Gang if you complete enough missions there will be chances to get attacked from some members of the rival gangs (if you fail a Job the completed mission counter will reset).
About the Hideout defense event:
From time to time (default randomly between 6 and 35 minutes) when not in a mission Quick Jay will alert you that the Hideout is under attack.
You can go there and help the homies to defend it (you have 3 minutes to reach the hideout) or you can just ignore it (or even run away).
There are chances they win without your help but if they lose you also lose some money.
You can change how often the Hideout Attack takes place in the settings file that comes with the Patron Version.
My mods usually don't "hold your hand". There are not unnecessary blips and if you fail a job you will normally lose the half of the reward. Expect to lose missions and money eventually.
If you leave The Gang you'll have to wait 10 mins before you can join again (configurable in the Patron version).
As always i try to create an immersive and semi-randomized mod to deliver an high replayable experience.
After joining The Gang, Quick Jay's contact on the Phone will be at the end of the contacts list (just go up when browsing the list. Not much I can do about it)

@TwoBucks It could be a conflict with some other mod. Do you have IFruitaddon2 v2.1.0? If my other mods work I cannot see any reason why this one should not.
Maybe check the ScriptHookVDotNet.log in your main Gta folder to see if and what went wrong.
Would be a five if i could join other gangs. All im tryna join is the bloods, but when i get there its crips which from former real life experience it feels wrong to play as.
@Dealien i do have ifruit 2.1.0 and no matter what i do. your mod is literally the only script mod that works. just this one. its so weird. ill check out the log. thanks. love the mods. you're the only Patreon i pay lol.

Well, let me tell you an interesting problem. First of all, you should know that my game only has a graphics mode and a few car-related scripts. this script works great, thank you for that but I don't know how to solve the problem. At the beginning, everything is normal, then other gangs raid our neighborhood and we get over it. and this is where the problem begins, after the first raid the whole city goes crazy. Ridiculous traffic accidents are happening around, people are shooting at each other everywhere, getting out of cars and fighting. This is complete chaos. Do you have any ideas about this? @TwoBucks It seems there are pcoblems with some requirements, make sure you are using the latest version of the game with all the latest version of the requirements. @GhostFxx That's a strange issue that some people have already reported. I can't fix that as I seem to not have it but my guess is that after you kill a certain amount of gang members the game answers with retaliation but I swear it's not coming from my mod. I think there is something going on with the relationship system between different npc goups/gangs.
Make sure that your graphic mod is not changing somehow gangs or relationships behaviour.

i don't know why but when i go to the gang crib and join the gang i can't use the phone it doesn't show up
and why when there is an Hideout Defense there are no enemies attacking the crib

The exception was thrown while executing the script TheGang

@Adr1 Those are most likely issues caused by conflicts with other mods. Try removing them temporarily to see which one is the cause.
@coolid I'll check again if it happens to me as well. It seems related to the blip color though... Mind that if you are not using recent versions of the game some assets may be missing causing the script to crash. Maybe check also if you modified core files using OpenIV.
@Dealien I have RDE and RDE E&E installed and my version is 1.68 and i have not edited any script files and i have a modded update folder and the vanilla update folder in my game folder
@Dealien There's another bug where in one of the brawl missions on the sewers where you have to fight the astecas gang there were none of those gang members so the mission just ends so quickly
@coolid that's caused by a conflict with another mod. If there are other mods that alter the npcs around the player there could be issues. As I answered to the other guy above, try to temporarily remove some mods to see what causes that.
