@SrEnthusiast The is supposed to be rainy everytime. So you dont need to change it every god damn time. Personally this mod gave me so much fps its rediculous. I turned off shadows completely and when it rains, there are no shadows ingame so thats a win/win for me.

@jedijosh920 Like many others, I appreciate your work, truly. But it seems we like the rain, but aren't in love with it. Meaning, can you make an .ini file with some options for us? For instance, I'd like it to rain maybe 75 - 80% of the time, but not when it isn't appropriate. Or can we always have it rain during certain times, but not during others? Or at the very least, a hotkey to turn it off for mission critical times?

@jedijosh920 would it be possible to make a mod that has toggle-able rain puddles that are just basically permanent even if it's not raining?
Would be cool to have an NFS 2015 vibe in the game without the actual rain.
