LIFEINVADER BUSINESS MOD 1.1
Hello modders, this mod is from my Patreon and is now uploaded for 5Mods. And for a 400 member special I already early released 1.2 for LifeInvader on my Patreon
NEW UPDATE 1.1 features:
In-Person Events like Robbers and Whistleblowers that give immersion to business management
8 random events that happen which can boost income or reduce income based on how you are managing the business
Also includes bug fixes like server lvl and income capping so it doesnt go over 2B dollars
UPCOMING: 1.2 (early released on my Patreon, check out for more info)
New Submenus: Marketing, Logistics, and Active Users
-Marketing can let you initiate tactics that can boost PR and gain millions or be devastating
-Logistics features Supplies and Catering missions that you can do yourself as a CEO instead of just a menu
-Active Users lets you check online users through the menu giving the tech company immersion
New Missions: Server Upgrade Mission & Special Catering Offer
-The Server Upgrade Mission is now a task you have to do to upgrade servers instead of just paying for it, you are tasked to upload servers at a specific destination. However you have to defeat rivals before you can upload
-Special Catering Offer is not always available, it is a mission where you can deliver luxury catering for your employees, but there may be a few robbers that will hijack the truck

Main Features
Buying the Business
Buy the LifeInvader building the location on the map to become CEO.
A marker and map blip guide you to the property for purchase.
Earning Passive Income
Once owned, you automatically earn passive income every day.
Base Income: 10,000/day
Income can increase based on server upgrades and employee performance, modifiable in the menu
Employee Management
Hire 3 types of employees:
Level 1 employees (1,000) 1 workforce.
Level 2 employees (2,000) 2 workforce.
Level 3 employees (3,000) 3 workforce.
Employee Mood impacts server performance:
Visiting the office upstairs boosts their mood by 15 percent.
Bad moods lower productivity.
Lay off employees if needed (but hurts server status/mood).
Employee salaries are automatically deducted daily at 5 PM.
Server Management
Your servers affect how much passive income you make.
You can expand servers (costs 10M) to multiply your income:
Each upgrade increases daily income by 2.5x.
However, you need meet a workforce criteria to upgrade servers (shown in menu).
Server Status (0-100) changes based on employee work and upgrades.
Security Guards
You can hire security (2,500/day).
Guards spawn around the LifeInvader property, patrolling predefined spots with rifles.
(These guards act like my other mod House Guards, if you want you can check it out of my 5Mods Profile)
Fully Functional Building Interior
The LifeInvader interior is loaded and usable
You can move around inside, including teleport points:
Lobby - Roof
1st Floor - 2nd Floor
Inside - Outside
Markers show where you can teleport around the building.
Business State Saving
All your money, employees, server level, passive income, and settings are saved to a file.
If you reload the game, your business stays exactly how you left it.
Menus
You open the business management menu with Y (this is going to be configurable soon):
View Income details.
Manage Employees (hire, lay off).
Manage Servers (expand servers).
Manage Security (hire or fire guards).
Menus show live updated information about your:
Employee mood
Salaries
Server status
Income per day/month/year
Total income earned
Simply install by dragging in dropping in "scripts" folder in your GTA V directory. Make one if you don't have that folder.

Its a sweet mod but curious why you have us use that outdated thing compared to just using Enable All Interiors?
Its a simple drop and reload scripts in game.. I tried it myself and it worked fine.11 юли 2025 -

Hey @Los01gaming The update that you're seeing is not intentional on my side. It does this when I upload a file, even when removed. Update 1.1 is going to be released today here (which is what I was trying to do that resulted in the false updated)

Good morning sir, I am having issues with the 1.12 version on your Patreon. When I go to the blip on the map to purchase the business, the E or D-Pad Right button does not seem to function, meaning that I am unable to buy the business.
