idk why my uppr has changed in OpenIV, but when I spawn the game, something different dress appears :(

How do I spawn the shirt/torso item that's underneath the body armor? Its in my OpenIV but wont appear in my Clothing Wardrobe in my trainer.

my franklins vest doesn't come in to my inventory

I got this and first thing I noted was how I no longer needed reload. Literally infinite ammo. I like it but want to disable it.

Oh and my game kept crashing using the options too. I dont know if its just a menyoo problem I will uninstall that too, but this mod isnt really worth it for me. Very very nice outfit though. I actually liked it...
