This was a request in one of my uploads and because there's already been a USNSF vests pack made, I figured I'd do something small no one's done yet.
In this file is a First Spear Siege-R vest for both MP Freemode M and F.
There's a readme file inside with instructions, but in order to properly follow them you'll need to have installed the L&O EUP from LSPDFR
