HOW TO INSTALL ON GTA5
1. Goto mods>update>x64>dlcpacks and drag and drop tvp into there
2. goto D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data go into your dlclists.xml and copy and paste the bottom line and replace the dlcname to tvp

1. just like a regular resource
