Если хотите,чтобы танк T-90A был на военной базе.Нужно вытащить из T-90A Tank (Add-On) (dlc.rpf/x64/vehicles) файлы (t90a.yft,t90a.ytd,t90a_hi.yft) и переименовать в (rhino).
И переместить с заменой по пути (x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf).

@Shadow Stormtrooper Флага практически не видно. При следующем обновлении уберу.
