Professor Zoom and Black Racer versions from Prime Earth. These skins are retextures for The Flash New-52 by fakeplastic. The textures are by MrSmile078 http://mrsmile078.deviantart.com/.
Installation:
1.Install this https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/addonpeds-asi-pedselector.
2.Place the files from Professor Zoom and Black Racer folders to update\x64\dlcpacks\addonpeds\dlc.rpf\peds.rpf\.
3.Open AddonPedsEditor.exe and add Alex Mercer models in the list (check ReadMe for AddonPeds).
4.Place ini files of the suits to Scripts\The Flash Files\Suits.

I recommend to use this update of Black Racer skin, it has emissive effect on the red parts just like in comics https://www.gta5-mods.com/player/black-racer-emissive-add-on.

@VEntertainment I actually can, but don't think that it will be good if I make it for this model. Also there's a good comicbook Zoom model from DCUO, I can ask Barak101 to include it in his plans http://images1.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20110116150711/dcuo/images/9/96/Zoom.png.

@OkaymanXXI Impossible, you can't port models from DCUO, its complicated, and It dosen't look like hunter zolomen ofc the eyes and the belt, but he looks like combination of hunter zolomen and eobard, I just want you to make a retexture
@VEntertainment I've already found his ported model. Anyway, I can do simple retexture too, maybe in the near future. Right now I'm trying to make something nice with textures from Barak's Savitar model (WIP).

@OkaymanXXI I was wondering if the comic book Zoom skin mentioned in this comment section was ever actually made into a ped? I'm a huge Flash fan particularly of Wally and don't really care for the show. So being able to play as and fight against Hunter would be great. Thank you for your time.
@Keystone_Devil Unfortunately, classic comics version of Zoom was never made nor by our team, nor by anybody else on GTA5-Mods.
