In order to install the following texture correctly, you should use OpenIV to go into the following location. Here is the guide below:
Installation guide:
1. Launch OpenIV
2. Activate edit mode
3. Go to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpheist\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\mpheist_streamedpeds.rpf\mp_f_freemode_01_female_heist.
4. Drag ytd file I provided into OpenIV or dds by deleting the old one and importing mine.
5. Run game and use a trainer such as Menyoo or Simple Trainer to change clothes.
Credits:

-game= Rockstar
Do not reupload without my permission. Just let me know in the comment section about any advice or thoughts, so I will figure it out.
