I was triggered by the description that the tattoo is not supported. I decided to test the mesh to make sure I guessed correctly why it wasn't working. But when I took a closer look at the mesh, I was horrified. Do you know that all your models are "turned" inside out ? Do you know what "mesh normals" are? If anything, welcome to google. You have them all, except for the penis, are directed inward of the model, when they should be out.
I will also tell you that tattoos are applied using the second scanning channel. (UVW channel 2) this is where the additional sweep is located that all modders lose. Except me =P. It was not in vain that I studied the structure of gta v models for two weeks. Unfortunately I only have a broken GIMS plugin at my disposal. And it's hard for me to make mods.
I hope that your "other" models do not have the same problems with meshes turned inside out (I'm too lazy to download and check).

I took a closer look at the lowr_012_u mesh, you have duplicated polygons there. Those. the whole model is duplicated again and turned inside for some reason. x)

Could this be made for multiplayer male model, so that basically i could wear MP clothes as Franklin? I'm sure majority of people would like to put MP clothes on the story mode players, like Trevor/Michael/Franklin (like if i could choose i would take Trevor, but beggars cant be choosers *sigh* lol)

perfect, erect and flacid just as you need it for a fotoop. just clone as a bodyguard, change the player to a nude female and try the different animations... the positioning is a bit of work, but pretty rewarding. Thanks a lot @Nivinha

I compare with the other nude male mods. This is by far the most realistic in proportion to the body and aesthetics.
Could you please make the flacid longer and if possible add some movement (like the breast physics as seen with the female mods). Sit him on the BMX bike, pivot scale 0.2, follow distance 0.6 and use fov 40
