3. Drag & Drop files included in the Hats Folder

@Khanviction I will probably do some OVOXO items here soon. I have one in this version already, just forgot to include a screen, but I'll be adding to this with more stuff.
@T9X69 Hey man great mod :) but question can you send me your texture tool kit or help me fix mine cuz it doesnt read or export/save files
@thattallboy Just use OpenIV. You can export and import files directly, no need for a tool kit.
