this is my first texture mod so it looks REALLY crusty, so if youre going to use this in any serious matter its probably gonna look as terrible as it does with my reshade lmao
ill likely update this in the future once i get more familiar with modding
INSTRUCTIONS:
if you have EMFsp, extract this into: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\EMFsingleplayer\dlc.rpf\x64\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_zero
if you do NOT have EMFsp, extract it here: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_zero
without EMFsp, this will replace the texture thats located in the x64v.rpf file thats in the mods folder, with it, it will add an extra texture, as far as i know, as said before, im new to this and have horrid memory
