Well folks, I done made it and provide to ya'll another little mod. Enjoyed that there was something similar available in Sleeping Dogs for one of their DLC packs and always thought this article of clothing was pretty damn spiffy itself in Big Trouble in Little China.
Anywhats, its another Trevor mod so go fworth and enjoy - be Bigger Trouble in Little Korea I guess lol. Just wish there was a Tech-9 available too to make such feel.... well, complete.

Going to make an update of this texture soon - lightly dirty it up a little bit, define the piping, and make the image look a little worn down too.
