Extract The Files From The "i have issues" rar
use open iv and click ''edit mode''
in the left bar go to "x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streamdpeds_players.rpf/player_two "
replace ''uppr_diff_000_l_uni.ytd'' With the new file in the rar
I Recommend Making Backup Just to Be safe or if u want to replace it back to original
The shirt is for trevor and can be found in Binco Clothing stores Under the T-shirt Category.Its called "BC Talk Radio"
P.S:
You can use the texture as a template for your own shirt
Please Dont Re-Upload this mod in another site at all
And Most Important Enjoy (:
