I advise, read this tutorial by grzybeek https://forum.cfx.re/t/how-to-stream-clothes-and-props-as-addons-for-mp-freemode-models/3345474 or create a package in a convenient way for you.
How to install on singleplayer:
Use MP Clothes and paste the files to mpclothes\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\mpclothes_female.rpf\mp_f_freemode_01_mp_f_clothes_01
Optionally you can rename the number so it's in different slot.
