How to install on Singleplayer:
1. Extract files, open OpenIV
2. Enable Editing Mode
3. Drag them into the following path:
mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpgunrunning\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\mpgunrunning_female.rpf\mp_f_freemode_01_mp_f_gunrunning_01

@JirayaFR Apologies, it's just in add-on form. If you would like to put his into a singleplayer game, simply replace the name. This was generated in a add-on tool. If you replace it as "jbib_006_u" it will work. Hope that helps :)
