Use this mod to use PEDS as Add-Ons

Or Replace any Ped you want just rename the files to whatever ped you want to replace "example:ig_bankman"

So 2.1 is really a BIG update! Enjoy it and for those who don't played with the update already i can assure you that now the HULK is a lot better than before.
Expect some pack of Hulk peds and also i will give you a option to choose from normal size hulk, medium size hulk & large size hulk :)

it's cool how you modelers have figured out the way to make bigger models so quickly, in GTA 4 there never were big models

1.3 version is coming soon! The changes will be:
- A little bit smaller or larger (proper method) size of The Hulk (to fix and prevent the crouching when walk bug)!

@TheMadBreaker do you edit bones somehow, because your skin's arms are longer than legs? i'm working on crazy frog pack, but always have problems with arms. frog's arms lower then original bones, and drone's arms are longer then bones. how do you make those arms? help please
@GTPunk Yes i edit bones. It needs a lot time and a lot tests.. Here is a tutorial which can help you a little although is only for rescaling peds but it can give you the basics about editing the skeleton:
