1. Extract the contents of ''Franklin Drift Monkey Shirt Mod By Leone9595'' on the desktop
2. Use open iv and click ''edit mode''
3. in the left bar go to x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streamdpeds_players.rpf/player_one
4. Replace ''uppr_diff_004_l_uni.ytd'' with the files you will find inside the folder you just downloaded.
5. Close Open iv And play GTA 5
6. Go To binco and use the ''Liberty City Gray'' shirt
7. Enjoy
