1. Open OpenIV and go to GTA V/mods/x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streampeds_players.rpf/player_zero
2. Make a backup of the files uppr_diff_002_d_whi.ytd and uppr_diff_002_e_whi.ytd
3. Replace the two files with the ones in the archive
4. Have fun.

@Aqwaqw Thanks. I used a trainer to change Michael's beard and hair style... I didn't make any change to that.
shirt should say RESPECT the beard or die.

I am using Native Trainer,how to load this T-shirt, because after starting up the game the character isnt wearing this outfit
