This is a simple texture mod that includes two plates of the U.S state Wyoming. By default, they replace the custom black and, respectively, blue San Andreas plates.
Installation: Simply drag and drop the included file into the following archive: x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
