This simple overhaul adds neon blue dash lights new gauges to the sultan.I only play gta 5 in VR so i made a bright dash nothing too fancy
install
download file
open iv editmode
C: Program Files (x86) Steam steamapps common Grand Theft Auto V mods x64e.rpf levels gta5 vehicles.rpf vehicles sultan_interior.ytd sultan_detail_hd
replace sultan_detail_hd with the downloaded file
close.
install
