Install:
you need open iv
update/x64/dlcpacks/mpheist/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta 5/vehicles/mpheistvehicles.rpf
and replace savage.ytd with the modded one

/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta 5/vehicles/mpheistvehicles.rpf when it says to do that. I don't get it how am I supposed to open a .rpf
