To install:
1. Find - to x64e/levels/gta5/vehshare.rpf
2. Make sure edit mode is enabled
3. Now, replace the plate files in vehshare
4. Save and rebuild

Hey, how did you do it ? I'm interested in creating my own. Nice plate btw :D
@LaFaucheus3 I edited the original San Andreas plate (they are png's) and just made new fonts for Paleto Bay and Welcome to Blaine County.
The I swapped out the black and yellow plate for this
