Whats up with all the obscure police vehicles? Dont get me wrong, Im digging the variety, just curious?

@stanblaok73 As far as skins, it is likely hometowns and things of that nature. As for the models some of us get bored of a million sports cars and crown vics.

@ODST General No doubt about the sports cars. How many lambos do you need. They are nice and everything, but I wish people did more beatup, normal everyday cars. They might as well call this Grand Theft Dubai. Anyways, like I said, I appreciate the unique choice on cars, even tho they are all police cars, their atleast not all redone los santos police cars. How do you make your cars, Ive always been interested, but seems like you need some serious skill. I got 3ds max, photoshop, and whatnot. Is there an ideal program to use? Thanx

@stanblaok73 3DS is best for creating your own cars or converting from other games, Photoshop for textures, some form of vector art program like Adobe Illustrator for text, and Zmodeler3 for importing into game and assigning correct group classes. I would recommend starting with vanilla vehicles and going from there.
