Requires 'NSW Police Holden VF Commodore Highway Patrol' by MooseYTY

Install Instructions:
1) Download and install 'NSW Police Holden VF Commodore Highway Patrol' by MooseYTY (http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/12644-nsw-police-holden-vf-commodore-highway-patrol/)
2) In OpenIV, navigate to your Grand Theft Auto V directory > Mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > patchday3ng > dlc.rpf > x64 > levels > gta5 > vehicles.rpf
3) Find Sheriff.ytd and open it
3) Find the old skin (vfss_sign_1) and click 'Replace'
4) Replace the skin with the VicRoads TSS skin you've downloaded
4) Done!
NOTE: Also includes the white high vis highway patrol car by MooseYTY!
