1. open OpenIV
2. go to update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday2ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
3. replace the ninef.ytd with the modded

bayernsoldier you need to make a folder called mods in the gta folder and copy the files and folders where you change your file
