How to install:
1. Download the File and Extract All with WinZip

2. Open OpenIV search for the vehicle file
GTAV/update/x64/dlcpacks/vip8/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles/vehicles.rpf/"vip8.ytd"

3. With the edit option open it and add the livery named "vip8_sign_2"

4. Once entered, save and that's it!

5. Open the game and Enjoy!
