New Liveries for Dashound Bus:
This mod adds 6 different liveries for the Dashound based on local transit systems (that operate intercity express routes) and private bus companies:
-Fairfield Suisun Transit
-Modesto Area Express MAX to BART commuter
-Peter Pan Bus Lines
-Flixbus
-Amtrak Thruway Connector
-Orange Belt Stages
Almost all of these bus systems have indefinitely (or permanently?) ceased all operations because they're kissing the state and local government's asses (or because the government considers them "non-essential" businesses for some stupid reason?), so downloading this mod is your best bet at seeing these buses in action ever again.
Liveries are ripped directly from photos of the real buses and edited in Photoshop.
Note: by default you can only have 1 livery installed at a time, but it is possible to change settings to have multiple liveries installed at once.
I will explain how to do that in the instructions below.
Required mods:
-Trains, Trucks, Emergency & Service Vehicle Templates= https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/air-port-service-and-service-vehicles-template-pack
-A trainer such as Menyoo or Simple Trainer to spawn the bus and change the livery
-OpenIV
Installation instructions:
1. Install the Trains, Trucks, Emergency & Service Vehicle Templates mod following all instructions
2. Launch OpenIV
3. Activate edit mode
4. Go to mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5
5. Right-click on vehicles.meta and select "Edit"
6. Hit ctrl-F and search for "coach"
7. Scroll down to the section where it says coach and look for "flags"
8. Add the phrase FLAG_HAS_LIVERY in between FLAG_AVOID_TURNS and FLAG_EXTRAS_STRONG
9. Hit "Save"
10. Go to mods\x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
11. Drag the ytd files I provided into OpenIV
12. Launch game and use a trainer such as Menyoo or OpenIV to spawn the Dashound and change livery.
