DESCRIPTION
This mod replaces one of the "Blue on White 3" License Plate for a Nevada License Plate.
I hope you'll enjoy it !
Installation instructions can also be found in the Readme file.
INSTALLATION
- Extract GTA V Nevada License Plate By Hippy.zip anywhere you want.
- In OpenIV, Select edit mode and click "Ok", and go to your GTA V folder, then go to x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf (or mods/x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf if you use that).
- Open "vehshare.ytd".
- Select "plate05, click on "Replace", and go to the GTA V Nevada License Plate mod files, in the "Files to put in vehshare.ytd"folder, select plate05.dds and click on "Open".
- Do the exact same thing for "plate05_n".
- The mod is installed ! You can now close OpenIV, launch your game, and enjoy your new license plate !
CHANGELOG
- Version 1.05 : Fixed the plate05_n.png which was actually supposed to be plate05_n.dds.
- Version 1.04 : Now has an even better and less buggy normal map image.
- Version 1.03 : Now has a WAY better normal map image.
- Version 1.02 : Now has a higher resolution image.
- Version 1.01 : Now replace "plate_05" and "plate05_n" to have the blue text, instead of the yellow one (Thanks to DroidRZRLover).
- Version 1.00 : First release.

Love that plate. Wish there was a way to change the text color tho.

The color is blue not yellow so replace it with one of the blue on white license plates

I uploaded the new version. I now replace "plate05" and "plate05_n" to have the blue text on the plate (thanks to DroidRZRLover).

Texture is blurry as fuck but i hope next version improves. And needs higher res,
@DroidRZRLover I know the text in real life is blue, i just didn't think about replacing another plate to change the text color ^^

The normal map isn't buggy now ! ;P

@Hippy Hey, I'm just glad you bothered with my state plate at all. I use the Nevada Woman Veteran plate I made now because it's what I have in real life. :D

I wish this could be made as addon... this plate actually cannon and lore-friendly because Nevada was mention in Vice City...
