- Replace Method (rename mclarenpd.ytd to police2.ytd)

or
- Addon Method
mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\bizzlepolice\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
or
you can manually add body_sign_1.png into one of the .ytd depend on yours.
4. Close Open IV
