installation:
go to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/last patch/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gtav/vehicle.rpf
place the car files and then go to the vehicle.ytd and replace esu_sign_1.png with the file of this mod

I think this is the most accurate LAPD truck for GTA V, amazing attention to detail. Really shows a lot of effort was invested in designing this. It would be great if you could make a LAPD pack with this
