Use OpenIV to make these changes.
1. Add new livery
mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\lwhuracan\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\lwhuracanvehicles.rpf\lwhuracan.ytd
drag the "livery" folder map into lwhuracan.ytd
in version 1.1 there are small changes, you can see in the last screenshots.
