A skin to Prophet`s police vehicle, this changes the leverie and the police lights from red and blue to green and Orange
UPDATES, what im gonna do With this model is to update the liverie to 4K, im currently working on it
u will need to download Prophet`s YTF files from here http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/8704-1999-ford-crown-victoria-with-whelen-edge-lightbar/
install his vehicle and then overwrite his YTD files with mine

and the Visual settings file that removes carona on police lights and makes them brighter
The ZIP includes the visualsettings file that removes carona and makes policelights brighter With instructions, if you already got it installed in update>update.rpf>common>data, then you dont need to worry about installing this file
install to x64e-levels-gta5-vehicles.rpf
do not copy --__--

@gamevidsnorwegian I'm maked this car's addon version. Can I publish?(I will say this model belong to you) if you don't want the me to do, i can give addon version files and information to you.
@enesbi you can publish the model with the add on files, but remeber that i only own the skin and not the car
Maybe you could do a marked NOOSE car with red and blue lights?
@Scott1 if u find a photo on google images or some of the noose vehicle u mean, so i can see it, so i know what u mean
Because there is no NOOSE car for GTA V yet the closest thing would be an all-black Crown Victoria with the NOOSE logo and "National Office of Security Enforcement" text on the sides, similar to this van: http://www.gamemodding.net/en/gta-iv/gta-iv-cars/14362-noose-van-v3.html
i dont know how to install it there is no read me
