I'm not too much into textures or anime. Theres at least 100+ texture mods & I find them somewhat pointless (unless they make ingame cars more realistic & make sense).

This is still better then T-Shirt mods.

if have , it inclule native trainer just open trainer menu and vehicle spawn find "Jester2" and spawn it :D

Excuse me that I already replaced the rdf file and in the OpenIV the model looked like the picture. But when I played in the game，I finally got a Jester，but it is just the original outlook。I dont know why。I am using the newest version on steam.
