Hello this skin pack is based on East Providence police after watching Live-Pd I looked for a mod for gta5 and only found a player skin and a gta 5 version so I thought why not make one so the cars are to what i can do and are hand made fully apart from the base car models and templates.
Here are the links for the player skin (i did not make it but it looks amazing) and to the cars i hope you enjoy playing with the cars.
