rename this mod to Los Santos County, because this mod doesn't referes to real LA County

@jngo79 Does "Custom" mean "fictitious" in this case? You can't call this a "Los Angeles Sheriff" pack when none of the vehicles look like the Los Angeles Sheriff cars.
