This mod is livery for 9K331 Tor-M1 the painting was used by 139th Heavy Combined Arms Brigade, 77th Group Army, People's Liberation Army.
INSTALATION
in order to install you need:
Open IV
and
https://pl.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/9k331-tor-m1-russia-china-ukraine
Next you need to open the file in OpenIV.
in order to do that u drag the torm1 folder into OpenIV and go this path -
torm1 >dlc.rpf >x64 >levels >gta5 >vehicles.rpf
inside the vehicle.rpf folder you will find YTD file which you delete and move the new YTD file you downloaded.
After that u can check if livery was applied by opening torm1.yft
