A plate pack made by me, currently includes New York, Georgia and Nevada
"If you want the police cars to have Nevada licence plates, New York Licence Plates or Georgia licence plates, replace the plate05 with 01, 02 or 03"
Almost every vehicle will have Nevada licence plates if you replace plate01 with plate01, if you want the plates to be NY plates, replace the plate01 with plate02, or if you want it to be a Georgia licence plate, replace the plate01 with plate04
Works fine, I haven't found any bugs yet.

California licence plate will come in the next update, as said in the future plans, I will replace the two last licence plates, and replace the Nevada one with CA one and put Nevada to one of the remaining two.
could you teach me how you do this? i want to make a custom plate for my country
