I've been enjoying RDE since the latest patch and here are some of the things I wanted to fix or change for my own game that were bothering me (This is only focused on vehicles). I'll be very happy if this can help RDE devs with some of the things i've noticed. Enjoy !

How To Install :
"Main Game" Folder
1 - Drag and drop the handling.meta >>> mods > update > update.rpf > common > data
2 - Drag and drop the vehicles.meta >>> mods > update > update.rpf > common > data > levels > gta5
"RDE modpack" Folder
3 - Replace the carvariations.meta, handling.meta and vehicles.meta at this location >>> mods > update > update.rpf > x64 > dlcpacks > rde > dlc.rpf
4 - Replace the global.gtx2 at this location >>> mods > update > update.rpf > x64 > dlcpacks > rde > dlc.rpf > x64 > data > lang > [YOURLANGUAGE].rpf
Fixes 1.0b - 12.01.2024
- Added more flags to all Riot variants to match the resistance level of the Centurion. The Riot is now more resistant to collisions, gunshots and explosions. It is now a proper heavy armored vehicle with resistant windows and windshield up to the Centurion's standard
Initial release 1.0 - 11.01.2024
- Replaced the license plate for every FIB and USMS vehicles from "SA Exempt" to "USGoJ"
- Changed the handlingId for the Coast Guard Executioner to fix the roll over when turning and make it match the other variants from the police and FIB
- Changed the handlingId for the Highway Patrol Scout to match the Police Scout
- Darker tinted windows for several unmarked/FIB vehicles
- Removed the colors for the FIB Stanier to exclusively spawn in black
- The Prison Bus had the default blue color which was visible through the grill, is it now white. The rims are now also white instead of Alloy
- Changed the shade of black for the FIB Buffalo to match the other FIB vehicles
- Fixed the vehicle class for the Marshal Patriot, from SUV to Emergency
- Fixed the vehicle class for the Air Force Buffalo, from Emergency to Military
- Fixed the rim color from Alloy to Black for the NOOSE Riot
- Fixed the Engine Damage Multiplier for all Centurion variants
- Reduced the aerodynamic drag for all Buffalo variants and increased the maximum potential speed to be more competitive with the Stanier and Interceptor
- Renamed the Lifeguard to Lifeguard Everon
Barracks :
- Increased the weight of the vehicle
- Increased the bodyroll to feel more natural when turning
- Tweaked the performance to have more power at lower speed but higher aerodynamic drag
Barracks Semi :
- Tweaked some flags and values to make it better when breaking
- Reduced the aerodynamic drag
- Slightly reduced its overall drive force
FIB Granger Retro and FIB Washington :
- Both vehicles can now spawn in a lighter shade of black, to match the original color from GTA Vice City
- Both vehicles can now spawn in fully white, to match the original color from GTA Vice City Stories. Previously, only the FIB Washington had a white variant, i've also changed the shade of white, now they both spawn in Frost White
Fire Truck :
- Fixed the double skidmarks flag for the rear wheels
- Balanced its performances and added bodyroll, exactly like what MonkeyPolice188 did with its Fire Truck in its Liberty City Vehicle & Ped Pack : https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/liberty-city-vehicle-ped-pack-fdlc-lcpd-and-more-add-on-liveries
All Interceptor variants:
- Renamed the "Interceptor" to "Torrence" for the in-game name
- It has now 70 rear/30 front transmission rather than being RWD
- Added a 6th gear to match its real life equivalent
All Riot variants :
- Fixed the double skidmarks flag for the rear wheels
- The doors won't fall off the vehicle anymore if they collide with something else, just like the Centurion
- Slightly increased its overall drive force
- Added some flags to help its overall performance, cornering ability and better offroad performance
- Added more aerodynamic drag to balance the change to its acceleration
- Added more weight to the vehicle
All Scout variants :
- Added a 6th gear to match its real life equivalent
- Increased the maximum potential speed
