This is a mod that can completely subvert your game experience.On the basis of cooperating with other people's scripts, I used openiv to modify the data of police dispatching,rare police backup will arrive or even no backup will arrive.This works well with police killer mod,and created a perfect and real wanted system.
The features of the module are as follows:
1.After the player gets wanted, the police need 2 minutes to arrive at the scene
2.There will be police patrols on the streets. If there are police patrols on the streets nearby, they will arrive immediately.
3.Every wave of police reinforcements takes a long time. Sometimes they don't even call for backup. You just need to kill them before the next wave of police arrives.Sometimes you get wanted, but no police responding.
4.Killing a certain number of enemies (can be edited) (police killer mod) can directly escape from the scene and get rid of the wanted.
5.I reduced the efficiency of police reinforcement through openiv, which can greatly reduce the difficulty of escaping from the police.

You can test yourself,my device has broken and i am using iPhone SE.I cannot get the whole mean of what u said.However i can tell you Some files i edited (vanilla)Such as dispatch.meta vehicle.meta popy…dat (forgot,spawn police patrol in street)Dispatchtuning,wantedtuning and So on@NEGVS

Why did you edit the weathers? They are all broken. Rain sounds when it's sunny out. Black lines all over the ocean cause the waves aren't smooth looking.
