Download ReShade Framework 1.0.0 and ENB before, copy the contents of the Realism Graphic V2 World to main folder GTA V reshade folder and rename Reshade64.dll to dxgi.dll, do copy of Reshade64.dll and rename d3d11.dll. You must have 2 files on main folder gta v dxgi.dll and d3d11.dll.
Copy Sweetfx.cfg in the reshade folder. If you want you can use VisualV or Vanilla original
Press Scroll Lock to enable
enjoy :)

Why do most visual modders upload such poor AA screens? You only have to boost your graphics for a few screenshots. Otherwise they just look really ugly.
@this mod ehhh not very realistic.
@moody If he took the screenshot with steam that would explain it. Anyway steam degrades some of the resolution so that would explain that
